• I inform you of the cost of my services for hosting your sale.
• I research rare items and books for accurate market prices.
• I call on other experts to confer on unusual items.
• I attractively display, price and arrange the items to sell.
• I write the advertising copy for newspaper and internet marketing.
• I notify a large email list of proven buyers at estate sales.
• During your sale, I personally host your sale and have the help I need on site to conduct the sale.
• After the sale I can dispose of unsold items through local charities of your choice.
• I quickly settle the proceeds from the sale with you.
